The exhibition called Our ancestors´ childhood free time offered by Regional Museum will last till 13th January 2008. If you visit the museum you can expect more than the image of our grandparents´ life. The Regional Museum offers also a special exhibition called Český Krumlov museum Advent.
Fairy Tale Houseinvites you to visit the exposition which attracts both children and parents. The exhibition presents more than 200 historical puppets arranged into thematic units, mechanic model of the fair including the big wheel which takes over the whole room and original mechanical theatre from 1815. Moreover you can see the attic with the puppeteer´s dwelling.

The atmosphere of the past times in the unique historical premises can be revived in Museum of Tortury. Several figures are located on hoary torture machines to show you the way the offenders were punished in the Middle Ages.
