The tones of medieval musical instruments fill the historical spaces; songs from the period of Ramesse II. or from French Baroque period, love songs but also spiritual songs - all this will be on offer during the Early Music Festival.
The Festival will open on 8 July with the tones of organ and Medieval bagpipes. You can attend the Baroque music concert in the impressive environment of the monastery Church of Our Lady's Accession. The following day, on Friday, you are cordially invited for a multi-media performance from the period of pharaoh Ramesse II. taking place in the Egon Schiele Art Center. You can look forward to dancing, singing and video projections. Next the Festival will show music from the Romantic period performed by Temperamant 430 band and you can also listen to love songs from the musical manuscript of the Lobkowicz collection. The Festival will also offer cither music from 16th and 17th centuries and music of French Baroque period. The Festival will be festively concluded on 13 July by the Amor in te spera concert.
