29 March 2013 - 15 September 2013, daily 10 am - 6 pm
Egon Schiele Art Center, a notable Český Krumlov gallery, will again this year introduce several interesting seasonal exhibitions complementing the permanent exhibition dedicated to work and art of Egon Schiele. This season's exhibitions deal with current issues within the society which has people sharing their most intimate life details via social networks and anonymous chats resulting in a loss of intimate privacy in many relationships.
All seasonal exhibitions of Czech and Austrian artists have a common name INTIMISSIMO (privacy). Several artists will present their take on the topic of intimacy and themes of privacy on various mediums - paintings, collages, photography, films... Featured artists include Alena Kupčíková, Miriam Schwack, Josef Bolf and others.
Visit the new exhibition with the Český Krumlov Card and save half off the admission price. The card will also lead you to the interesting exhibitions in the Regional and Castle Museum, offer you a breathtaking view from the castle tower onto the old town and invites you to explore an unique glass photographic studio from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. You have 6 months to get to know the local history and contemporary sights that this Card offers you. And if you don't use the Card for all four attractions, you can pass it on to someone else to use it up. Buy the Český Krumlov Card in cash at any of the attractions or at the Infocentrum on the town square.
