The International Music Festival Český Krumlov is the longest summer music festival in the CzechRepublic. For 18 years already, it has been held in July and August at attractive and interesting locations of Český Krumlov, offering a wide spectrum of music genres ranging from 15th to 21st century performed by renowned Czech as well as international artists.

In 2010, the IMF Český Krumlov will offer a series of seventeen concerts including 3 symphonic orchestras, 10 chamber orchestras and ensembles, and more than twenty artists from all around the world. The programme will include also traditional opera production in front of the Revolving Auditorium.

The variety of music tastes will be very colourful, ranging from baroque, classicism, and romanticism, to jazz and famous musicals. The biggest stars of the 19th year include tenor José Cura, violinists Gidon Kremer, and Vadim Gluzman, jazz trumpeter James Morrison and musical singers from Broadway.
