This year, the Festival will be celebrating it’s sweet sixteen, and from the 12th to the 19th of July, you will have the opportunity to take part in concerts of Mediaeval, Renaissance and Baroque music performed by leading Czech musicians as well as musicians of other nationalities, both soloists and groups, performing on historic instruments. The concerts take place in the spell bounding environment of the halls of Český Krumlov's beautifully preserved historic buildings (Prokyš´s Hall of the Prelate, Egon Schiele Art Centrum, St Vitus Church).
In Český Krumlov there will play Czech musicians (Kvinterna, Ars Nova Ensemble, Hipocondria Ensemble, Duo Seraphim, Collegium Musicum Brno) as well as musicians from France (Les Basses réunie) and the Netherlands (Jan a Lyselot Rokyta).
